Blake Kerckhove

Director

Blake has 17 years experience  in the building envelope industry. His time was spent learning new installation practices and materials. He has an employee and customers come first attitude that delivers quality finishes. With his creative mind and problem solving skills, he can help customers with their design and color changes on the fly and help solve any problems that might arise so delays are minimized. With these skills combined, he helps make his job sites run smoother.

Eddy Miranda

Project Manager & Estimator

With nearly 2 decades of construction experience, Eddy has spent most of his life on job sites across the lower mainland. His “home away from home” has been everything from small tenant improvements to massive commercial projects. Having grown up on the job-site, Eddy has developed the interpersonal and management skills required to get the job done in a timely and cost effective manor while using his light hearted approach to build long lasting relationships with his customers. With more than half of his construction experience being in the world of building envelope, Eddy is uniquely equipped to deliver the best possible product to his clients. When not on the job-site, Eddy is a big fan of competitive gaming and can be seen in the competitors chair from time to time.

Max Werring

Site Supervisor

Having started his apprenticeship at 17 years old, Max has spent his entire adult life as a carpenter. He is one of our longest standing employees and currently serves as our site foreman.

Max’s extensive siding experience allows him to quickly master the installation practices of the ever-changing catalogue of siding materials and building envelope practices. His high level of craftsmanship, unmatched work ethic and creative problem-solving skills is why we have chosen him to lead our on-site crews.

Having previously worked in the environmental field alongside his father, Max is passionate about the current “go green” movement that is making its way into the construction field. An avid outdoorsman, Max spends every moment he can with his family in British Columbia’s beautiful backcountry.

Jenn Kerckhove

Administrator

Jennifer is a warm and genuine person who is well organized and diligent in her work. She works at Jax Exteriors as a payroll administrator, along with managing a number of different projects and dealing with a varying workload.
